Transport Assistance

Supporting participants to safely access the community, attend appointments, participate in activities and maintain their independence by providing transport where this forms part of their agreed supports.

• Transport to and from appointments.

• Transport to community activities and events.

• Transport to shopping and essential errands.

• Transport to recreational, social and leisure activities.

• Transport to education, employment or volunteering where appropriate.

• Transport to access community services.

• Assistance getting safely into and out of the vehicle.

• Support during travel where required.

• Assistance planning travel and transport arrangements.

• Transport using a CLS vehicle or an approved worker's personal vehicle, where applicable.
